Serious and a series of bad service

I have been with cell c for over 8 years now.

I applied for a third contract given how happy I was with cell c. I was asked to be ready with my id documents and proof of residence by friday the 31st of May. The friday came and no one delivered the phone, on Monday I waited for the phone and nothing. Only on tuesday and wednesday they arrived when I was no longer in the office. I was furious because they were late and they came at their own time unannounced, but i kept my cool and told them I would collect the phone myself in RAM Courier Durban office, of which I did.
When I tried using the phone the phone was not working and I was advised by the call center on Wednesday that I need to activate it. I tried activating on thursday and friday, the lady I spoke to said I must wait 24hrs. I waited up until monday. I called cellc again to my HORROR they told me the lady on friday did not activate the line. So the lady on monday said she has activated my line Later that day I checked the phone it was not active. When I called the call center to my HORROR AGAIN, I was told nothing had been done. This gentleman said on monday he has activated it. To this day my line is dead
