Cell C's attitude towards customer service

I applied for a contract with Cell C for a Samsung S4 and specifically mentioned I wanted a white phone. The agent did advise the colour was out of stock and I would be placed on waiting list for a white phone. Over a week later, I received communication that my phone would be delivered - at this point after the "waiting list" my impression would then be that stock of white phones has been received. Today the phone was delivered to me and the colour is surprise, BLACK! I called Cell C to notify them of this and the attitude received was basically - I agreed to TC's so I must stick with the phone. Fikile whom i spoke to offered no apology and was quick to point the TCs out and offered now way of helping but leaving me no choice to cancel this contract and QUICKLY ADVISING OF THE CHARGES TO BE LEVIED! Contradiction here to TCs is that even though Cell c may advise of their "no guarantee" to colour - CLEARLY LOOKING OUT FOR OWN INTEREST AND NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, I was advised of a WAITING LIST FOR WHITE PHONE so when confirmation of phone delivery is received, that clearly means a phone i requested IS THEN AVAILABLE. To think I wanted to leave Vodacom for this type of service!!!
