Low prices for scrappy phone

I bought phones for my family and me through cell c contracts, I bought a blackberry of which this year in August it just stopped working than I took it to cell c to be fixed they told me its beyond repair, than the blackberry I bought for my sister through cell c to couldn't switch on anymore we took it to cell c, they told us it can't be fixed at all, than i bought Samsung for my wife within three months it couldn't play music clear, no network at all times and it switches its self off every time, now the phone we are not using it and we now it's useless to take it back because they are goner tell us stories just like the other two phones. And all this phones we are still paying them, I regret moving from Vodacom to cell C because of their low prices, I have learned my lesson, I rather pay more for quality phones than pay low for scrappy phones. Cell C is full of stories all time I complained last year about network they called me the It guys but they couldn't do anything I had to buy a Vodacom sim card and use it because using cell c is the same as not having a phone, i would advise no one to go to cell c, I believe even 8ta is even better than cell c. Cell c stinks big time
