Cell C
Pathetic reception and data - no service

Been a client of Cell C for almost a year and all this time held out, hoping that it will get better, but no joy!!
I have contacted Cell C numerous times to complain and I'm just informed "sorry we are doing upgrades and have no idea how long it would take".

Firstly my phone is going to voice mail or unavailable for most of the day and as soon as i move to a different position. So no no no service delivery, so I'm paying for nothing, and even got cut off twice while on the phone with Cell C, trying to complain

Secondly my phone can not access the internet specially at night,! This is unacceptable and Cell C only responds by saying there is high volumes and nothing can be done, then why am i paying for something i dont receive.

And with all this my phones battery drains very quickly, as its constantly searching for signal!!!

Will not recommend Cell C to anyone!!!
