Blacklisted for something i know nothing about

Hi I was mugged last year ant they took my contract phone I went to MTN to report it, i was told that the insurance wont pay because thy didnt deduct money in May last year (i had no idea). I then cancelled my contract as it was already 24 Months. I went to MTN in Carlon Centre and the guy that was helping me confirmed that i was not on contract anymore but on prepaid. A month later they debited money again. I received a message saying i must pay R250 to MTN I went to MTN in Maponya Mall and asked what it was for. They told me i dont owe them anything but i paid the money anyway. I received another message saying that i will be blacklisted if i dont pay R300.MTN still says My account is up to date instead they owe me 60 cents. They told me I must phone Trans Union which i did but didnt get any help. I cant get any credit or open any account because of this. Please help.
