I have contract with 8ta over 24 months i have been recieving 500mb from the time the contract started november 2011. Now on the 1st of january 2014 i recieved 100mb i called the customer service they logged a complain the response they got after a week is im on contract one and i got the 500mb out of luck like really i was lucky for over 24months. I went to the store sometime january 2014 for the new phone they said my contract will begin in february and my new contract also has 500mb i called again they say my ccontracted hasnt started im on contract one. Like really this inconveniencing for me im really cross with the service its very bad.
