I don't want to be rude, but I'm getting tired of you people. My contract stated that I get 250mb free monthly for 24 months, this is about the fourth time that I have to complain to you people, of which two was on hello peter.

Please get someone with a brain capacity more than that of a baboon to look into this issue carefully. You people have to correct the same mistake every few months, why not just find the cause of the issue and fix that. Oh wait, that would require intelligence.

So here's the story... AGAIN... I am supposed to get 250 mb monthly for free, and I also have a bolt on data bundle of 500mb. I get my 500mb every month, but I don't always get my 250 mb. Why is it so hard to do? I didn't get my 250mb this month or last month, so you owe me 500mb.
