Overcharged, billed incorrectly and wrongfull sale

I went to get my upgrade last month and my choice was between the BB Z10 or Samsung S4. The guy who helped me, informed me that there will be an extra charge of about R250 per month for 24 months IF I take the SAMSUNG and advised me to take the BB Z10 as there won't be any extra payments on the phone. I was told I will get a package that includes 120 free mins per month, 300 MB free data per month and 300 free smses. I bought an extra 500MB data bundle when I took the upgrade. Upon recieving my bill I realized the following: I am now being charged R179.99 extra for 24 months for the BB Z10 handset (which I did NOT agree too), R263.76 for the data, while I was supposed to have 1GIG after I purchased another 500MB data bundle for R99 at the end of the month. I don't want the phone as I cannot afford it. I have offered to give the phone back as YOU made the error, not me. I want answers and it to be sorted out ASAP. We have been loyal customers to Vodacom for over 15years, and this is the service we get? If the sales people dont know the product, they should not be selling it, because now the client has to pay for HIS errors??? I am VERY unhappy and put off by Vodacom COMPLETELY!!
