So initially i was impressed with the call center and ppl doing their job. now that the issue has been handed over to the c cover department (wont go into details about horror experience to get through to them via the call centre) they keep on promising me they will get back to me ASAP to tell me whats happening with my claim, yet i never hear back from them! why have insurance? in the event that when something happens, it gets dealt with ASAP!!! but not cell c insurance!! pathetic!!
and please dont 'Thank" me for posting and we "apologize for all the inconvenience caused" or some generic computer generated response. if you dont indent to escalate the issue, or assign it to a "competent" staff member, then rather dont reply with anything
really dont know why i left vodacom for cell c!
