Number porting not working

Good day,
I've ported my number to 8ta on Saturday 1 June 2013. Sunday morning everything switched over, i could make calls, send sms's, all the nitty gritty, but to my surprise, I'm not able to RECEIVE any calls or sms's. As a business contract, the implication of this is enormous, to make matters worse, 8ta can't give me answers, they dont ever call me back and I'm losing business.
I dont know where to turn as 3 operators at 8ta couldn't give me an answer. HELP
