Porting of number and wrong surname

I applied for a contract and asked for my number to be ported. Received the phone after I had to email ID's, marriage certificate and divorce letter - the contract was on my old surname. The phone is still sealed and the sim not used or opened althought the contract is in use. I queried about the number that had to be ported and was told by Vusumusi that he cant remember that I requested the number to be ported. Why do they record the calls if they dont go back and listen if there is a query. I spoke to Devashin and Puni as well who promised to send a mail to Vusumusi and his supervisor. I was phoned by him yesterday and had to complete a porting form and email it back to him. He promised me that it would be rectified by latest today.
I received a call from a call centre agent this morning on my old phone with my Cell C sim card - she wanted to explain how the contract works. I am not interested in the contract if the number cant be ported, they can collect the phone tomorrow as I will go into a store to get a contract on Saturday. This is very bad service as I applied on the 28th of August.
