Two days after porting my business phone number to a new Telkom Mobile contract, I was not able to receive calls or messages on my phone. After trying absolutely everything, I still cannot receive calls.
All their promises about calling back and sorting out the problem were not kept.
In the meanwhile I am left without being able to receive business calls, or any calls for that matter.
I am disgusted and strongly advise against using Telkom Mobile.
