Poor service fromCell C

Upgraded contract with Cell C.cellphone faulty and returned # times as per Cell C's contract agreement. Spoke to Sivvy (branch manager) with no luck. Sivvy nor Cell C responded to my calls to date I have no response and no phone and it has been 2 months that I have been paying instalments for a phone that I don't have.please investigate.
