No Customer Service from Cell C

I went into agreement with Cell C, but returned the phone the following day due to a fault (Out of Box failure)
Due to no response I cancelled the contract within the 7 days - Ref 1304030000303660 and OBF 083423
Since February '13 I tried to solve this (many calls and emails) as Cell C still deduct the monthly subscription via debit order - The same story every time = "We will investigate and get back to you" - never to hear from them again!
I asked my bank to reverse several of these debit orders, and Cell C just resubmit them. Due to this they contacted me once, but the Cell C signal was so bad we could not communicated - They never bothered to contact me again. When I called, the same story = "We will investigate"

Due to this really NO/BAD Service from Cell C, I recommend to all that pass my way NOT to take up a contract with Cell C as they really live up to their slogan: "It's all in your hands" - They will do absolutely NOTHING from their side = NO after sale service - They just ignore any enquiry!!!
