Very bad services from samsung warranty centre

Electronics and household app.

My galaxy tablet stopped working, Samsung then referred me to their service center called "smartlab". I handed in my device and it was reported that the motherboard had to be replaced under warranty but also that the battery was damaged and i was liable for the damage, even though my battery worked fine before handing it in.i paid and the motherboard and battery were replaced, reference number JSA117137. i then received the device back to find that the infrared was not working on the device.i return the device for a second time and after two weeks it was reported that the incorrect firmware was loaded on the device, reference JSA119158.i then received the device and the screen was full of dust and had dots behind the screen, which could not be cleaned. Management agreed to look into the problem, Smarlab then wanted to charge me for the screen saying that they did not open the device, but they changed the motherboard. After complaining and being unsatisfied, they then replaced the screen. Reference, JSA123430. i received the device back today and the infra red is still not working.i am very unsatisfied with the incompetence of the Samsung warranty center and i now have to return again.
