I really do not know why I have to bother with such INCOMPETENCE!

I tried to call 10210 and it took more than 20 minutes, struggling to get in contact with a HUMAN.

There are so many PEOPLE looking for JOBS. Hire someone that is COMPETENT to deal with HUMANS.

I should NOT have to wait 20 or more minutes to get hold of a SINGLE HUMAN.

Why is my DOWNLOAD SPEEDS on 19.2 KB/sec instead of 90 or more???

Now I can't work because of YOUR INCOMPETENCE!
