My data has not been reinstated

I have a 2gb per month prepaid data bundle with Cell C, Every so often, the data runs out before the end on the one month period. About 3 weeks ago, I saw that I had no data. On calling their call centre, I was told that the data had been used up for the month, which sounded incorrect. When I enquired when the data is going to be reinstated, firstly, they had no idea what I was taking about and then they couldn't tell me what day it started!

Eventually I got hold of someone who understood and I was told that it would be back on the 7th of October. The 7th came and went and then they told me that it would the 22nd. Still nothing, then I get told it is the1st of every month. Today is the 1st... still no data!!!

Last week I went to the Cell C branch at the East Rand Mall to sort this out and I got nowhere after 30 minutes. Since I have prepaid for this service, I cannot even cancel this and get a refund. Their customer service is non-existent and they do not care one little bit about it either. I am so sick and tired of wasting my time on the phone with them, at MY cost! I used to have 3 Cell C services, now I have one. Soon I will have NONE!
