Installment not agreed

I have upgraded my cellphone to Z10 at JHB Bank City (FNB) 4 month back. I was told verbally that my installment is R420 a month, deibit orders that is debited on my bank statement its R480 a month. I ma not happy at all. I have been a client for MTN for more that 5 years now. surely i need an answer on this because its not what we agreed on.
