On the 9th of December was the last time I complained on this website about Telkom. At the end of October our Internet speed went down the toilet. I waited till the beginning of December hoping it would improve and it was just that we were soft capped. That wasn't the case. The speed was the whole of November only picking up from about midnight until eight in the morning if we were really lucky. Telkom sent a technician to our home on Saturday and he saw what I was talking about. He then phoned and claimed that they had moved our line to another port on the exchange. Since then our speed has been even worse during the day. I have not been awake at night to see what it it like then. We are not paying for 8 hours of internet a day we are paying for twenty four hours a day. When we download we are supposed to get 2meg speeds which is about 160kB/s but during the day I will be lucky if I get 10kB/s. Usually it doesn't even go that high. What is the problem and why can't you fix it. I 'm running out of patience. It is coming up on two months of service. We should get a free months internet to make up for this. Fix the problem already I think Telkom has had enough time
