I called at the branch with a query on "any time calls" to switch over to 'off peak calls" ten days ago. Jasmine said she will forward email to MTN Head-Office and call me back in two days. Nothing happen I called last Friday and was told she's not available and the request was not allocated to anyone yet. Person could not assist me said Jasmine will call me back. Nothing happen again so I called Tuesday and Veronica said Jasmine not available again but she will call me back. Nothing happen this is very bad attitude. I have been a MTN customer for a very long time, and if this is they way they treat clients, best to look for another service provider.
