Poor feedback, false information

I paid for 2 chairs on the 25/11/2013 at the Rochester in Wonderpark mall. I was then promised delivery on th WEdnesday. That didn't happen. I received no call from the salesman so I called. He told me that he needs to speak to the warehouse and get back to me. That didn't happen. He only called me on Saturday telling me that their store got water-damaged from the storm and that I would get my chairs on Tuesday (following week). That DIDN'T happen. I called another store to find out what's happening. It turns out that my order is only being manufactured now. But how could this be? The salesman didn't tell me that they are out of stock when I PAID. He never called me again until 10th Dec2013. I asked him about not having stock but failing to mention that. He told me that he also didn't know what had happened because their store was allocated 5 units of the chair I'm buying. He again said he will call me back after he checks with other stores if they have the chairs. At this point I just want my money back. This guy never calls back when he says he will and it costs me money every time I have to call him back!!!
