Great Service, Care and patience with Customers

I walked into Spur (The Groove Mall) and was helped by Jasmine. She took care of me and my 5 year old. She gave me full information on my order and went an extra mile by calling head office to obtain my Son's Voucher number for his meal as I had misplaced his card.

Michael the store manager was also very helpful in that while Jasmine was busy with the Head Office the manager came to me five times to check if everything was well (with the order or the voucher). At the same time, he kept checking on the kids (all kids) in the play ground.

I am very happy with the service I received especially the patience for customers and the willingness to help showed to me by Jasmine. bless her and bless the staff at this store and increase them. I am very show I will be going back there, now more often than ever.
