HD PVR Swap out Serial Number not transferred

I took my HP PVR in for a swop out on Tuesday. The lady behind the counter said could not activate my services due to a long queue and will call me back at 16:10. The call back did not happen. Later Tues night I tried to phone customer care but the lines were engaged. Wednesday night I actually got through to customer care but the person was clueless. On Thursday the decoder was taken to Menlyn branch and the service person said that the serial number of the PVR was not updated and only Randburg can do that. They promised a call back from customer care which did not happen. If this is how much Multichoice value their customer I dont want to be a customer anymore. Will please sort out this problem.
