From early November 2013 there has been no service on my landline.
Early attempts to contact the callcentre ended in total frustration because of the time taken to answer or no answer.
On 2 January 2014 I received an SMS from telkom saying that the cables in our area would be replaced on 6 January2014, todate I still have no service.
I live on a farm and an inspection by myself showed no missing cables between my house and the exchange in the village.
Managed to contact the call centre on 27 January 2014 and spoke to the superviser (Jasmine) (pleasing and helpful) who gave me the assurance she would follow up on the problem. On 28 January 2014 Jasmine called me to tell me that the technition informed her that there was a problem with the card (?), not the same problem as the SMS on 2/01/2014 said.
Besides Jasmine I dont beleive that there is anybody that really cares about their customers.
