Two day and still not on the network

I upgraded my contract from a Black Berry to the Smart M.
The Mall@Reds branch assisted with sim swap on Tuesday the 8th of October. They told me that once the sim in the Black Berry became inactive I would be able to start using the Samsung. This did not happen. I called the help desk and spoke to Cecil he updated me that the back office did something wrong and that by 10am on Wednesday the 9th I would be able to start using my phone. This did not happen. I then called back and was told that it could take another 24 hours which I was not happy with and requested a call back from a manager. Tina called back and said that she reallocated it to my Regional Office who were in a meeting but would call me back later the same afternoon. THIS DID NOT HAPPY... I still am not able to log onto the network and am NOT happy about this at all. I want this resolved by 3pm today!
