At the end of March I got my brand new Blackberry Z10 from Cell C after signing a contract only a week earlier.

Much to my dismay the cellphone seemed defective as the speakers would stop working after a few hours use and a restart would be required to get it to work again.

For the better part of 2 weeks I tried phoning Cell C Direct to have them come pick up the phone and replace it to no avail.

Finally after posting on Hellopeter did I get a response and Sipho Sithole at Customer Escalations assured me that my phone will be booked in as an Out of Box Failure.

He told me that the courier company would be sent to pick up my phone and after 7 days I would know what was going on with the phone.

I was never told when the courier company would arrive and it happened to be the very next day, I promptly gave them only the phone as I was never told to give them the box including all accessories.

By Thursday the 18th I had still not heard anything and phoned for the Repairs department, upon providing my reference I was told my OBF was rejected because the accessories weren't included.

So now you can keep the phone, and cancel my contract immediately as you are in breach of contract.
