THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE SEND IN MY PHONE TO THIS STORE. 1ST THEY DIDN'T FIX MY PHONE... THEN AFTER I WAS SAID MY PHONE WILL BE IN FOR 3 WEEKS... MORE THEN A MONTH. NO SMS OR CALL OR EMAIL WAS SENT TO LET ME KNOW MY PHONE IS THERE I HAD TO GO IN AND ASK... THEY TELL ME MY PHONE IS BER... NO REASON... THE TECHNICIAN COMES WITH HIS ARROGANT ATTITUDE AND SAID ALL HE CAN DO IS SEND A MAIL. I ASKED FOR A SECOND OPINION HE SAID HE CAN'T DO THAT.. NO PROOF NOTHING WAS GIVEN TO ME.. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVE FROM CELL C STORE RUSTENBURG. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE IS MY PHONE WHEN I BOOK IT IN... WHEN ITS BACK... AND WHY ITS BER? PROOF WOULD BE NICE AS WELL! I HOPE TO SEE IMPROVEMENT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE SOON.
