Someone opened a cellphone account with my ID, and I was just not getting any assistance from Nashua. When I called their call centre I would hold for up to 40min then the call would just cut off (this happened twice)

Finally a Mario Badenhorst in their legal dept. called me, asked me to send an affidavit, which I sent, and when I followed up again, he apparently had not received it, when I had received a delivery report. He was of no assistance, did not supply me with feedback on the status of my query nor did he respond on my emails.

In my opinion, this is someone within Nashua Mobile that is responsible for this, as they would not let me view the contract that was sign, nor give me any info on this matter - which tells me that it was an internal and they are probably aware of it and trying to sweep it under the carpet.

Their call centre is absolutely useless, seems like they are all on lunch all day long. I will give a good recommendation for Melissa Schenck in Customer Services, as she is always quick and efficient, but that Mario Badenhorst - absolutely horrid customer service from him.

BUT, Finally this has now been resolved after 3 long tedious months.
