CELL C TO INCOMPETANT TO SORT QUERY

I have queried incorrect billing with Cell C who confirmed the mistake, due to incorrect data being loaded on the contract.. - initial reference 3050600200...
After repeated phone calls and hellopeter complaints issued - I received a phone call from Cell C confirming the credit that would be passed on my account for incorrect billing... Confirmed by Julian Gettle on 20.05.2013 - ref 3052001125.
The credit was however NEVER passed and my account has been debited incorrectly again!
now yet another query has been logged for a refund! ref 3053100184
HOW DIFFICULT CAN IT BE TO SORT A SIMLPE QUERY???
