MTN Direct provides poor service

Greetings,
I took out a cellphone contract with MTN in March 2013, I took out the Nokia Asha 302 on the MTN anytime 100 top up and my subscription fee would be R89/per month. When the cellphone was dropped off at my workplace, I was not given a formal contract setting out the terms and conditions of the contract, I only received a tax invoice. When I looked at the tax invoice I noticed that my package (anytime 50 top up) was incorrect. I called MTN direct on numerous occassions trying to rectify this error but I was sent from pillar to post and I was informed that the sales consultant who assisted me with my application (Glasson Markham) made an error and they will email her requesting her to call me. Till this day Glasson hasnt called me. Now my account has been overbilled and for the past two weeks ive been calling to rectify this but i am hearing differnt excuses, some lady even told me that my contract is not on the system and the system does not show that I took out a Nokia Asha hence why my subscription is R129/month. I am really fed up of MTN direct cause MTN is not honouring the contract that we entered into, they wanna rip me off and I am not gonna allow that!!!
