Second time unlucky with 8ta, slow and useless!

This is now the second time this year 8ta is taking more than a month to resolve my complaint. My last complaint took more than 10 weeks to resolve and we're rapidly heading there again. My last complaint was also only "sort of" listened to when I posted on Hello Peter.

I have logged another technical complaint about my 3G connection being HORRIBLY slow, and it's been weeks and no resolve.

I'm now going to log an official complaint with ICASA. I expect some form of authority to deal with my issue, because 8ta has now, at numerous instances proven that they are too incompetent to effectively deal with paying customers' technical issues.

I think via Icasa's intervention, a court of law should now adjudicate the situation, and 8ta should agree to prematurely terminate our contract agreement, without incurring charges on my behalf, since they cannot keep their own agreements to assist their customers when their products they PAY for, don't work.

I think it's utter that they expect me to pay R800 to terminate a contract, 8ta can't keep. This should be on 8ta's account.
