I have logged two prior complaints on here as they have not resolved my issue. To them it might not be important to resolve this issue, as it is regarding a contract that was cancelled. The cancellation was supposed to have been done in Feb, yet it was only cancelled in May. They still kept taking my out of my account for a contract that I did not have. The subscription as per the original agreement was R99. They deducted on average R175 per month from my account. This is blatantly. After I logged the first complaint all I got was a very arrogant email and voice message from Sandros Mhlongo. I replied on his mail that I do not agree with what he says, and until today no feedback. Last week I lodged another complaint, got the automated reply (10 July) and until today I have not received any feedback. I would like all the people that might read this, to now how dishonest this company is. They obviously do not give a rat's behind for service or customers judging by the number of complaints on hello peter, and that is just people like me willing to take it onto a public forum.
