Not professional and incompetent staff

My complaint continue now for 3weeks and still no satisfaction the staff rather pass the bug. My phone is still of and I`m still waiting for the reconsile info as informed after I gave them numerous times my email address nothing. My old contact end 28/02/2013 and then from 01/03/13 I took out a new contract of R273.00 p/m, was never informed of admin fee, on the 25/03/2013 Autopage deducted R183.00 from my account, on the 26/03/13 I paid R350.00 via Absa but no they cnt pick it up, the consultant Jimmy said maybe the bank put in wrong digits. On the 24/04/2013 I paid R300.00 again. Now tell me who owes who because now they expect me to come all the way to Midrand to sort out their mess. Because I need my phone I paid again R350.00 bt my phone is still off, what do I do now because this people dnt call back or respond and I believe I cnt terminate my contract, pls [Email Removed] as given to Jimmy
