Autopage your service is a disgrace

A contract was taken in November 2012, the phone was switching off and returned in December but CPA was not honoured after they agreed to do a swop and asked me to bring the box in, Westwood did a 360 and refused to honour the CPA when I took the box in the next day. It then took one month to fix but was returned with the same problem. The phone has been with Autopage Westwood since 02/02/2013 and in that time no communication and no feedback has been received. I emailed on the 26/3/2013 the response to that email from Jhb states that the cellphone was not received by them. Complaint made to a Team Manager only got a promise of calling back by 8/4/2013 which I am still waiting on. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction from Autopage is shocking. Will Autopage refund the monthly contract fee, no but you expect me to accept a defective device and waste more money travelling to and from Westwood trying to resolve this problem with people who clearly have no regard for customer care. The phone now appears to be MIA the computer generated voice says that the phone has been returned to Westwood but staff dealing with this left so they have no idea about this so who will know?
