Two previous compliments - (from me) and now THIS

I have complimented Autopage, Applebys twice in the past. (Look it up in Hello Peter history), but now I've had the worst attitude ever from them which I find absolutely unacceptable.
I left for Europe 3 days ago.
I had forgotten to divert one of the THREE Contract cell'phones I have with Autopage.
So speaking to a staff member called Jerry, I asked him to get one of the people at Autopage Applebys to help him to divert it to his (Jerry's) 'phone. (Which is also an Autopage contract I pay for).
He went there this morning and they did help him, BUT they told him this was not a free service, and he had to pay. They did NOT tell him an ammount. They said he must tell me to email them.
Now I need a proper and full explanation from a senior person at Autopage.
The only way to contact me at present would be to email me. I'm sure Autopage has my email address. If there is any problem with that, 'phone my Cell. No., which is diverted to Jerry and he can give my email address.
Having complimented Autopage Applebys in the past, I'm sure this is because of change of staff, BUT THIS IS NO EXCUSE AT ALL. IT CONFIRMS THE MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT AUTOPAGE. THAT'S CLEAR. I'll respondto email as well
