Slow internet everyday from 7am to 5pm

Every weekday my internet is extremely slow. Downloads are slower than 10KBps. International sites like google etc either take ages to load, load incorrectly or fail to load at all. This problem exists on weekdays only and is rectified every day at exactly 5pm. It is now 1:22PM on a Wednesday and I have had to write this on my cellphone as not a single website will open on my ADSL line.

I have contacted Openweb on many occasions about it. Each time a technician fiddles with something on his side and corrects the problem. The very next day the problem returns.

To give Openweb the benefit of the doubt I reported a fault on my line to Telkom. They checked my line and no faults were found by a technician who came to my house.

Please could openweb take this matter seriously as I work from home and am of need of a stable internet connection.
