Blackberry and Vodacom is not good for business!

I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for many years now, both in Business and Private - and now I am very frustrated with their service.

I had recently upgraded to the blackberry Z10 when all the troubles started. Within the first few days of the new phone, I was told that I had exceeded my limit and that my account was sitting on R5000. This was unacceptable and was credited after an investigation. A few days later, my bill was at that limit again, and once again credited. This has been going on for 4 months now and my account is sitting on R12000 with no explanation as to why.

We also noticed that blackberry kept on duplicating server settings which meant that all the other email accounts on the network was backlogged and emails were affected. People were receiving the same emails about 3 or 4 times. I complained about this and Vodacom took my phone in for repairs. When I received my phone back it continued with the same problems. I have also lost all my contacts that were stored on both the sim and phone.

I have repeatedly asked for a new phone as the problem has not been resolved, but to no avail. I am considering moving all my business contracts over to Cell C or Mtn!
