Iburst

When i told iburst about the new modem that they send me was not working and ask them lots of times to phone me they do not . and when i send them messasge about it they still do not phone me to help me with it it has been 3 weeks now and notthing has beeb done about it .i adding the messasge that i have been sending them. dear iburst on 29/05/2013 you send me my new modem .but when i try to use it did not work there is something worng with it.it is not working please can you me send a new one that works and that is the same as the one you send me please and install it for me .the one you send me is not working.

please advise to the problem concerning the iburst modem sent dated 29/05/2013, in a hurry-but this connection is absolutley a dud, meaning does not work at all. please rectify this A.S.A.P. thank you waiting for reply now
