My experience with OpenWeb has been horrendous from the get-go. Over the last few weeks it has been a battle to enquire about severely slow speeds or no connectivity at all with numerous excuses being made & nothing being done. In addition to this it is impossible to contact anyone as they simply do not take calls and never call back as promised. To date (since 24 October) and after numerous requests I am still waiting for a manager/superior to call me back as promised.

The subsequent Cancellation of my account due to this horrendous service has been another nightmare with all sorts of back and forth arguments re the date I requested cancellation because their agent didn't process my request.

Although there is absolutely no fault with my line (as tested by Telkom), OpenWeb blames Telkom for slow speeds/no internet. Talk about passing the buck.

In short, OpenWeb is quick to sign people up, but extremely tardy in processing any customer service related requests or cancellations.

Hands down the worst ISP company I have dealt with!
