Billing query not clarified after numerous attempt

Dear Telkom,

Unfortunately, you remain the only ADSL provider for South Africa and I am still forced to use your services.

It seems that not even your dwindling market share is enough call to action for you to resolve your service problems. I've repeatedly tried to resolve billing issues, with no success. After much frustration I tried to phone your complaints line, but no one answered.

As a last attempt to resolve, I've logged this complaint.
