I had major problems with Telkom last year after i was forced to relocate! I had email many people and lodged various complaints, but no-one at telkom ever wishes to discuss anything or resolve anything!
i was also promised a r1000 credit that never took place, as well as eroneous billing!
will someone please explain to me what is happening???
pls only email me and do not call me!!
