Broken phone and no help

On the 24th of June I upgraded my phone for a BlackBerry Z10 at the Kolonade branch of MTN SP. I was told that I could exchange the phone within 7 days if it was broken. Upon my arrival at home in the Limpopo Province I discovered that the phone was faulty and that the speaker does not work. Then the problems started. I have called FIVE different numbers continually for the past 2 days but cannot reach the Kolonade branch. The Head office for MTN SP in Cresta could not assist me with the problem and could not even provide me with a number for the Kolonade branch. I cannot drive the required 200 kilometres to return the phone before Saturday, now I have a broken phone, cannot reach them and will not be entitled to an exchange the phone... So frustrated with MTN SP
