Activation of the contract

I went to vodacom kolonade, we made two contracts our phones moved from prepaid to contract, we were promised that would be activate by no later than 3pm on monday, to my suprise the is no activation until now. i have been calling vodacom kolonade the whole day, but they are too busy serving customers, the question is am i not a customer. I dont have contact, people cant reach both numbers from saturday at 11, i am so feedup. my prepaid airtime is gone but i was promised that my phone will work until it is my contract phone is activate, this is uncalled for, how do you survive without contacts. Modeline attitude is very bad.

Thato has not called me back at all, i really need my line back. my mobile number is not working
