Contract only helps Vodacom not the paying custome

Telecommunications

I upgraded in July 2013.
After 2 weeks my new Blackberry Q10 started to switch of by itself. I took it back to Kolonade branch where I did the upgrade. I was given a loan phone (a sim swap) for which I had to download the software to upload contacts etc. All of this on my account. I was told it would take up to 7 working days. 2 weeks later I received a sms saying I could collect my phone. I got my phone back yesterday. The consultant tells me a sim swap was not necessary because the loan phone can take a micro sim. now I need to pay R63.00 to do another sim swap. I refused. I had to wait a couple of hours for the sim registration to be completed. This morning I started using my phone. Within the first hour the same problem occurs twice. I take time of work to take it back. The same consultant tells me that they will sent it in for repairs AGAIN!! or I can keep it for a few days and drop it and then claim from the insurance (The manager). Vodacom's contract obviously only helps them and not the paying customer!! I want a new phone and I don't want a Blackberry ever again!!!
