Cell C
Still waiting handed in 22nd November 2012

I handed in my BlackBerry Torch at Cell C Kolonnade Pretoria the 22nd November 2012 as it was malfunctioning and was told it would take 21-30 days to get it back but would be able to tell me in 7 days if they found something wrong. I had to go to cell C Kolonade every time to find out what was happening with my phone no one will phone you. On the 3rd Dec i was told that there was a quote of R800 to repair phone, i was not prepaired to pay for the repair, i was told that i had to pay a handling fee of R100 which i did that same day and faxed proof of payment so that i could get my broken phone back, its the 24th January and am still waiting for a phone. In these 2 months have been on phone to Cell C & gone to cell c but have not had any success, i was told they were going to replace my phone and give me a new one but since then all has changed and i dont have my phone. This is not acceptable it is not the staff at cell C they have tried to help me its the top management of cell C which does nothing to try sort out this problem. Tracking no R00845692 IMEI No 354695048786494, Have emailed customer care but have done nothing. They must replace phone for all my inconvienience.
