PUTS ME ON HOLD FOR NO REASON!!

My wife and I own 'n medical practise and I do all the payments and managing of our medical practises. The account is in my wife's name but she has previously inform Telkom that I have authorisation on the account because I'm one of the owners in the business, so I phoned Telkom Business to query our account statement and find out how the account comes up to R4120.60. I explained to the lady that my wife is unable to deal with any business related queries because she is on maternity leave and that I do all the payments, I also mentioned that I WILL NOT pay the invoice unless the query has been resolved... she arrogantly replied "then we will hand you over". No sense of customer care!! I assume the lady got frustrated and just put me on hold. She was very unhelpful and had no intention of solving the problem I had. While I was waiting, after she just put me on hold, I could hear "office noise" in the background proving that she was probably waiting for me to put down the phone. WHAT A PATHETIC DISGRACE!!!
