Trying to upgrade phone but no call backs

Dear Autopage:

I'm trying to upgrade a contract on behalf of my mother - a longtime Autopage subscriber since 1996.

She has a healthy spend with you guys every month and has been a loyal subscriber for 15 years.

She is due for a handset upgrade. I phoned your retentions department on Wednesday 23/01/2012. There was a pay-in required on handset, which the call-centre assistant said could be wavered given my mother's monthly spend with the company and her years of subscription. He was checking with management.

No one has phoned me back. I called again on Thursday and Friday and left messages to make sure you had my number.

So, I'm not sure what to do now. My mother is fairly angry at the lack of response here.
If you're able to help her please call back so she can renew for another 2 years.
If not, please let me know so she can just give notice and just move to another service provider.
