I think you are well aware of my issue. Its obvious you don't take me serious at all. Even managers now do not call you back. Who do i go to someone higher than a manager. Complaints like this are not attended to in your department. Please can someone in your higher management call me to discuss the incompetence in this department and what is been done to resolve my problem.
