Bad service from day one! i applied for my contract towards the end of Feb 2013. when i came into the store i initially asked for the BB9900, changed my mind to Samsung. they didnt have it in stock so was told deliveries arrive on a Wednesday. no one made contact with me, went to the shop on that Wed and it had not arrived. i had to call the following day late afternoon to check if it was there to have a very irritated consultant tell me they will call me back. i came in to sign for my contract in the afternoon, i ported my number but was still not active on friday. i had to call in to have them activate my number (again) another irritated consultant assisted me. Sunday i realised that my received calls were private and no one cared to tell me i had to pay for that service. asked them to add it on. on signing the contract i requested for my bill to be emailed to me which its not. i called in and another irritated consultant gave me a number to call, which at this point i had had enough. she said she will get someone to call me back (2 weeks ago) still waiting! to add onto this drama ANOTHER consultant called to say my BB9900 had arrived. She wasnt even aware that i took the Samsung
