FANTASTIC SERVICE

I could not believe the fantastic service I got from Shuneen at Mweb Canal Walk. I took in a 15 page application form (with other supporting documents) to upgrade my ADSL package.

It was already late in the afternoon and my intention was merely to drop off the forms. Little did I expect Shuneen to actually try and do the upgrade there and then.

This lady is truly extraordinary. She was eloquent, confident, knowledgeable but, above all, eager to please her customer. She was more than prepared to try and assist while I waited... and she did!

As I drove out of the centre, I must confess I had some doubts. So when I got home, I immediately phoned Mweb. They confirmed that the upgrade had, indeed, been done!

A huge THANK YOU to you, Shuneen. You're one in a million and you're such a refreshing change from the rather dowdy guys you were working with!
